Conditions for using the FBAA Logo

Trademarked Logo We advise that the FBAA Logo is a registered Trademark. Only current Financial Members may use the logo of the Finance Brokers Association of Australian in the course of their business in accordance with the FBAA policy as to the use of the logo. Members may not change the appearance of the FBAA Logo.

Right To Use Association Logo Current Financial Members may use the logo of the Finance Brokers Association of Australian in the course of their business in accordance with the FBAA policy as to the use of the logo. The Board may at its discretion prevent a member from using the logo or from using the logo in a particular manner.

Use of FBAA Logo The terms and conditions of members using the Finance Brokers Association of Australia Limited (FBAA) Logo and publicly declaring themselves a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia shall be determined by the National Executive of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia from time to time.
